酒店房間非常整潔，床非常舒適，每日清潔房間都很用心，雖然酒店位置距離札幌JR需要走15分鐘左右，但仍可接受。酒店房間環境真的不錯，非常漂亮的歐式風格，第一次浸用歐式風格裝修的溫泉(笑)，溫泉很舒適，而且去的時候是免費可以浸溫泉的。下次去札幌可能都會考慮這間酒店。

Room is small but tidy. Room cleaner lost my bottle with detergent inside. I did not make complaint due to the small cost but the cleaner should be careful not to lose customers' item.
We went to bath at the hot springs room everyday due to the small size of the bath room in the hotel to enjoy free services, bigger space and hot springs which was relaxing.
