Fantastic stay at what is now our favourite Jakarta hotel.
Excellent facilities, especially the pool/spa/sauna area, swimming/relaxing every day.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, was able to get a decent cup of tea too (we're Aussies and appreciate that).
Big shout out to Maura who, at the request of istriku tercinta, set up our wonderful honeymoon suite - truly amazing and greatly appreciated. Give that lovely young lady a raise and promotion!!

Great facilities, unfortunately some spilt Fishguts in the restaurant caused my wife to slip and hurt her leg. Staff seemed to regret this but ultimately nothing was done.

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day.
It was a pleasant stay. Thank you Kuta Paradiso

The staff were so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was our favourite from the 4 different hotels we stayed in. The bed was huge and comfortable.
We only stayed the one night as we flew out the next day and it's very close to the airport, but we will stay longer next time.
