The staff were extremely friendly and available. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. It was the biggest breakfast with the most healthy options I have ever seen at a "Breakfast included" hotel.

I love staying here for trips to downtown Toronto. The staff is amazing and the service in the restaurant wonderful. Best part is entrance/exit to the PATH especially for cold and snowy days. Love walking from the train at Union Station directly to the hotel and do not even have to put on my coat. Great room coffee and great cafe in the hotel as well.

I had a very smooth booking process and the staff was very helpful. I had attended to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the staff was very friendly and assisted me with booking the amenities to surprise my wife. The hotel and the room was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider booking this again.

The hotel was close to downtown approx 10 min walk. The room is clean and staff are super friendly ! The breakfast was Ala carte and the options were varied and healthy. I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel
