Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.

Perfect clean room, staffs are so kind, delicious breakfast and wonderful outdoor pool.

Overall a good stay. Pool is only opened july and august which was sad.

Beautiful grounds and simple but very clean, functional and spacious room. We lacked nothing. The views from our room, from the lobby and eating areas were all incredible. It is one of the more relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Buffet breakfast is a must for anyone going. The food was excellent and liked that the had both Korean food and western food. Parking was easy. I can’t wait to come back!

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

Hi, it was our 2nd time visiting Lotte Hotel Jeju & their service was next level. My family & I had the best experience ever here!! They speak both Korean and English which helped. I must say Rachel who helped us needs to be promoted as manager if she isn’t already!! The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The whole resort is very nice and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi is nice! We would definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. There’s access to the beach down below but make sure you’re ok to walk up and down some steps as it can be steep. Last but not least, I highly recommend their breakfast buffet…. I think it is 2nd best compared to The Conrad in Seoul’s Breakfast Buffet. Can’t wait to go back again!! Thank you Lotte Hotel Jeju!

The property adheres to high standards—sadly becoming rarer in many five-star hotels.

Just to note, I didn't just give 5 stars to get the review done. Parnas deserves it. This hotel (we stayed in Jeju) IS excellent. It is a beautiful property with a great walking path and beautiful views of the water. We'd go back for sure! Staff: Excellent: courteous, friendly, and helpful. We had rooms on both sides of the property (party of 6). One room with an amazing water view & one great 2 bedroom suite with a living room in between the two bedrooms - all with their own AC controls (important as the younger folks wanted it cold and the older warm and the living room in between the two temps). The rooms came with several free amenities, like water, soda, some bar items, q-tips, a disposable razor, & some other things. There was a little convenience store attached to the property which provided a lot of items. The all-day buffet encompassed a wide variety of food, was very large, & had many options. It was an excellent buffet. Room service &eat in regular menu were limited but good. The cafe in the atrium on our side was very nice with yummy baked goods. The pool & locker rooms were clean. The pool is a beautiful infinity pool that overlooks the water & a pretty garden area. If you are a fan of the K-Drama King the Land - the Parnas' atrium is in that show (used for the lobby). The only improvement I could think of would be a better way for those who are older or with disabilities to get to the beach from the walkway - the stairs were high & somewhat steep.
