    "The rooms were functional for a transit hotel, the rooms were clean and amenities were good. We specifically booked this hotel due to the advertised balcony however it was not accessible at all. Getting to the hotel was hard because you needed to call them tomorganise pickup and as we just landed we did not have cell signal, We took a taxi instead. The free hotel drop off was handy."

    "I arrived and I had message them and told them the time and date as they requested but they made no effort to accommodate me and said there was no room in the vehicle to pick me up. My Chinese gf fight with them until finally a car showed up a hour later but was over full of people and we had to squeeze in, at arriving at hotel they said they never got the money and Expedia stoled it and they only receive $30 a night and they was refuse give the free breakfast.
