Once again an enjoyable stay at a hotel that has a great location.

Great location. Accomodating staff.

If cleanliness is important to you, definitely do not stay at this hotel. Our studio room was filthy. Dirt and dust along the skirting boards, the kettle was filthy, their was mould in several places in the shower recess, and the way the bed was presented in the placement of the doona gave the appearance that the previous guests had just moved out and left the bed unmade. The doona had an awful smell about it. We forfeited out stay and went elsewhere. The lobby staff were 'half interested' in that they didn't show any real concern. They just asked if we'd given housekeeping 'a chance to fix it'. There's proof they missed the point. DON'T present the room that way in the first place!!!! Incredibly disappointing as the reason we selected this hotel was because of the positive reviews. Still it was worthwhile test for our first stay as we're setting up a 4 day get-a-way as a reward for our 18 staff plus family for later in the year. This is one hotel we'll stay clear of. We had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. It is such a beautiful hotel and the location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views across Marina Bay and easy access to so many of Singapore’s main attractions. The hotel itself feels very elegant and luxurious without being overly formal. Our room was beautifully presented, extremely comfortable and had fantastic views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. The service was also outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with was warm, professional and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very special. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the rooftop pool and the views across the city particularly in the evening when Marina Bay is lit up. It is such a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Singapore. The location, service and overall quality of the hotel were exceptional and it really added to our time in Singapore. We would absolutely stay at The Fullerton Bay again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city.

Extremely clean, helpful staff. Near by shops and great places to eat. Close by to all the main attractions. Pool small however very nice and relaxing
