Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. I stayed here for both business and leisure. The apartment has all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, it’s located near beautiful cafes and West Lake.

The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed. The only unobscured Lakeview is from the rooftop. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again

There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards. I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms.
