「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Dear sir Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences? Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel? Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund. Fion from Taiwan 」

「We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!」

「唯一可取的是25樓的景觀游泳池.可以拍美美的照片.這家飯店完全不符合5星標準.是我在越南住過最差的5星飯店..... 缺點: 1.房間浴室設計不良.蓮蓬頭無法調整而且高度只到大人的胸腹部.只適合兒童使用.浴室設計不量無門可以抵擋噴灑的蓮蓬頭水.讓使用者很苦惱 2.浴袍只有小尺寸.適合SS尺寸的人使用.L尺寸完全無法穿.詢問過櫃台告知只有一種尺寸的浴袍!這樣可以成為五星級的飯店令人吃驚!! 3.餐廳硬體設計非常不好.滿座時整個餐廳像一座吵嘈的市場.完全無法悠閒安靜地享受早餐 4.住宿兩天的早餐.菜色一模一樣.完全沒有考量常駐旅客的需求.完全是做一次性的旅客生意 5.無一優點是前台服務人員親切可善.以及前台主管非常願意傾聽與接受客人的建議」

「Das Personal war sehr freundliche! Für 2 Nächte in CatBa war eine für den niedrigen Preis eine wirklich gute Unterkunft. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht ganz sauber und im Bad gab es etwas Schimmel. Alles in allem aber für ein günstiges Zimmer und einen kurzen Aufenthalt super.」

「The room was absolutely amazing. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in, especially knowing this was on a boat. I’ve been on many cruises and just did not expect a room and bathroom of this size with a balcony. The food & staff was great, there was good variety. I believe there were only about 50 or so guests so it was a an intimate setting. There’s a hot tub on the boat and a deck area for lounging with a bar. While it was only one day they have activities that can certainly fill up your time,...
