Kyushu and Okinawa Romantic Vacations

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

The room was clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. We chose the eco-friendly option of not having our sheets changed daily. Although someone came in and emptied some of the trash, we initially did not receive fresh towels and not all of the trash was collected. On the second night, I left a note requesting fresh towels and asking that the remaining trash be removed, and the staff took care of everything. We enjoyed the hotel buffet on the evening we checked in and every morning during our stay. The buffet staff were excellent and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. The bell and valet staff at the entrance also deserve special recognition. They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful with our luggage and car, and they always made us feel warmly welcomed.

Very near beach although room was spacious but slightly dated. Hotel restaurants are basic but very expensive. Staff not that helpful and unable to accommodate basic requests in English.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the pictures don’t exactly represent the hotel accurately. They are definitely stretched and photoshopped making it appear far more attractive than reality. Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The Spa was wonderful, we had a great massage and facial. The in room massage was amazing as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a great little bakery inside that opens at 10 am. The main shopping area was about 20 minutes away. Cons: There is no coffee in the lobby area, you must buy it at the convenience store inside the hotel. The hotel gym is small, it has cardio equipment and one cable machine but there is a gym called Sports Palace less than 10 minutes away that has everything. The buffet for lunch and dinner is the same food however you can other restaurants a short walk away. The carpet needs to be replaced. The connecting walkway has tape holding it together and the carpet where people wait to check in is filthy with many stains. The hotel in general could use an update. The beach access was about 15 minutes away and the view from our balcony was of the shipping dock. Although we had an enjoyable stay there, we would not stay again.
