Very friendly and helpful staff. Many options for food and drinks. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with amazing views. A little out of the way but the city buses pick up there. Would stay here again.
The room is clean and staff is attentive. The food is good! However be mindful that the location is extremely inconvenient and requires a car / taxi to any part of Miyazaki. This is not the hotel’s fault but Miyazaki public transportation is significantly worse than most other mid-sized Japanese cities. So be careful on that!
There are so many facilities for your choice like onsen, golf, running, Bicycling.

Exterior and interior can do some refresh but room space is sufficient and ocean view is amazing. The room smells abit musty when first enter but some perfume can help
Fantastic hotel, staff is amazing and helpful. Restaurants are top notch, though a touch on the pricey side but the quality and service merit it. Maybe one other mid price restaurant when you don't feel like going too fancy would be nice. We were not able to take advantage of the Onsen due to tattoos and the pool did not seem to be open for some reason. The shopping area is a real bonus and was quite well priced with some fun and interesting items there. Has trouble trying to cast from our computers onto the TV in the room but that was common in a lot of the hotels on our trip. Understanding that they want you to use the hotel and resort but a bit more information about the city and surrounding areas to visit would also add to the experience. Easily the nicest room and view we had on our whole trip in Japan though!
Room was very comfortable and very spacious. Facilities were in great condition. Staff was helpful and friendly. Main downside was we stayed on 30 Sep and just missed their summer season by 1 day so outdoor pool was closed. This was despite the weather being 30c. Disappointing.
They don’t have enough number of staffs to serve the guests. Bars are closed early without notifications, and you’ll have to wait more than 30 minutes for breakfast.

The hotel property seems too big for the staff to manage. They try hard, but this hotel is unnecessarily big and so problems arise. The parking lot is as big as Disneyland so arrival, checkin and luggage drop off is hard. When I got there, no one helped me with my luggage bc they were fawning over other guests - so I looked for a cart, lloaded my luggage and pushed the heavy cart into the hotel myself. I informed the checkout desk that this happened, who then send me to a dirty room. Filthy towels, toothbrushes, coffee cups, bottles in the room. I complained and was moved to a better room where we had a towel flecked with hairs -- I doubt if they were facial hairs.
And for a seaside resort in the summer, I was perplexed why the pool was drained. Its like throwing a birthday party without a cake. What's the point?
The staff and manager were very apologetic. But this place is just too big for them to manage. I would choose a different hotel next time.
