Kinki Region Romantic Vacations

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet. We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney. Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby. The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities! We're hoping we can stay again soon.

We selected this hotel to experience the Japanese ambiance during our stay in kyoto. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The green tea and face mask and lotions they provided were too good. Their welcome drink was out of the world. They provide unlimited coffee, latte, juice and wine with crackers round the clock. Staff at reception speak English. So it was very easy to communicate. Ideally located .Kyoto Station is 15 minutes walk. Along that way you find a temple, Gift store, McDonald's and Burger King. A big thank you to TAKAHASHI for her excellent customer service. The room was exceptional. I spent 3 days 2 nights. Spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. In walking distance various subway lines, shopping areas, convenience stores, restaurants, Yodobashi camera and department stores, you name it. Lots to see and do around the area. I highly recommend staying here. If you get a chance enjoy the amenities like the sauna , Japanese bath and the gym. Do not skip the breakfast!

Overall the hotel was older and our room had mold in it but they are renovating so maybe that will be fixed.
