hotel is abit dated however everything is well maintained. only one minus point is that i can hear my next door roommate's sneezing etc . soundproofing needs to be improved

"The size of our room was the biggest surprise…it was huge! My family of four was able to spread out and relax in comfort! Staff was top notch! The location was convenient to the train station and shopping. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Love this hotel, easy access to shop, dining and bus airport transfer which is only 3 minutes walking from hotel to bus station. Joanita is the best receptionist in Japan that I met. He is so helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel if i travel to Hokkaido next time"
