Restrooms smelt terrible, no vent in there which caused it to smell like mold & same for the closet a very mildew smell to it. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient as well as no microwave. Having to pay for valet parking at a ridiculous price because they can’t afford to give their guest free parking. Unfortunately the stay was so terrible that we plan to never go to Seattle again or stay at any of the Hilton hotels from now on.

This was our second visit to the State Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. It had everything we needed for our visit to Seattle: beautiful room, professional and friendly staff, and a rooftop with an amazing view. We’ll be back!

Our initial room was close to the building fans and the noise was constant. When I inquired if we could change rooms, Danni was on it immediately and gave us an upgrade. We were very pleased with her quick response and the new room was very comfortable and quiet. Madd all the difference.
