Phu Quoc Island Romantic Vacations

The room was large and the view and private pool was very good. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the linens and towels were very basic. The food at breakfast and dinner was OK and reasonably priced. There were insufficient loungers by the sandy beach, others were available but it was rocky and you couldn't easily swim in the sea. Whilst there were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and spas in the nearby village, it was a challenge to get any grab drivers to come to the hotel and you could easily wait 30mins and usually this was only because someone had been dropped off. The walk to the village was about 1.2km, but it is a little up and down and when the temperature is about 37c it isn't great. The resort has a number of golf carts which they could have used to have a regular shuttle service for guests or even charge for the service, but they restrict your use of these vehicles to your day of arrival & departure only and within the hotel area. If I return to Phu Quoc I will choose a more convenient location.

Great experience! I liked the details, welcome note, snack and juice were very nice! We enjoy the spa, the swimming pool and they have a very nice breakfast, the bed was super comfortable! 100% recommend this hotel

The resort is tired and needs a really big renovation. Loungers are breaking, and the water sports equipment is broken and they are not replacing it so there are literally no activities in the resort at all. Bathrooms are tired and not very clean. Outdoor furniture by the rooms have no cushions so too uncomfortable to be sat on. They won’t even give you an iron and want to charge for everything. Staff are friendly but need training. We ordered the kids two spag bowls one night and one arrived and the other took another 40 mins to arrive. Restaurant and resort is a bit soulless with little atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is ok. They offer an airport shuttle but apparently it was fully booked when we tried to book it. The location isn’t great - you have to order a taxi or grab to go anywhere. Nothing is in walking distance of the resort. The private beach is so small, you can’t fit a lounger on there and it disappears at high tide. This place is definitely not 4 star!!

Spacious, well designed rooms, clean, good food and drinks, awesome service, beautiful gardens and beach, fantastic daily yoga, amazing massage, warm and welcoming owner. Every big and small thing has been well thought through. One of my favourites stays ever.

Highly recommend beach front bungalow, amazing views. All staff members are very kind and helpful Breakfast - mostly Asian food, we enjoyed every morning a delicious Pho and Vietnamese pancakes Room- very clean, needs some improvement- this did not bothered us because the location was amazing Swimming pool - great, spacious and 2.5m deep one side, the other is 1m Sea water - unfortunately very polluted, lots of plastic and rubbish. The staff are trying their best to clean the beach,couple of hours per day Location- lots of restaurants and shops walking distance

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. The ocean is absolutely beautiful—clean and perfect for relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with easy walking distance to the main road and nearby shops if you need to buy anything. I highly recommend this hotel!
