The room was tired and worn out, but clean. The location is first class - close to Beijing Road and everything you need. The hotel is tricky to find on foot If you enter through the mall, stay on the ground floor and head out the back past the escalator. If you take the metro head to exit D, and take the first left - don't go up the steps to the street. There is an escalator that leads directly to the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at Lavande Hotel! Super convenient location close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, metro, city center and Canton Fair Complex. Check-in was quick and easy, front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great choice for business travelers, definitely coming back!

Check-in was remarkably fast despite the busy period. The front desk team provided outstanding service—always helpful and welcoming after long days at the exhibition. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and quiet. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fair complex. Great bonus having a pool table to unwind and network with other exhibitors in the evenings. Perfect for business travelers. Will definitely book again next year!

Very nice hotel - rooms, food and staff. Location is perfect for attending the Canton Fair. There were issues with the payment deposit and the hotel was difficulty to work with prior to check in. Once there, the staff resolved the issues and were very professional.

the check-in supervisor, Sarah, did an excellent job to upgrade our room with professionalism and courtesy. I stayed in this hotel almost at least once a year for quite some years. never disappointed

The hotel's location was awesome, price was fair and the hotel was updated with very nice gym room and hot tub/sauna separately for men and women. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. However, the AC at the room we stayed at was not the best (we didn't change room because we thought it would cool down the temperature over time, but it did not), it couldn't keep the room as cold as we like. The cleaning service/crew was excellent. We would probably stay at China hotel again but will make sure to ask for a different room if the AC isn't working as well as we would like.
