Great hotel by the harbour. We upgraded to the executive lounge which was well worth the money- we had afternoon tea, dinner, evening snacks and breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel! Everyone was so accommodating. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived a day late, but we didn’t have any issues at all upon arrival. The staff spoke perfect English at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk. The hotel is conveniently located in Kyoto Station with a 7-11 just downstairs and several nearby restaurants in the Porta Dining basement. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and bathroom amenities (hairbrush, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, disposable stick razors, soap, bath salts, hair ties, q-tips, etc.) stocked up each day.

This was a great hotel for location and value. We just walked off the train and up an elevator to the hotel easy to find. We had a beautiful view to the sky ride and area from the 31st floor. Staff were great and the room had everything we needed... Close to shopping, trains and things to do...
