stayed one night here and it was perfectly adequate. we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, it was spacious but the toilet seat wasn't clean. appreciated the in-room laundry facilities though.
breakfast was included and it was quite good, it also starts at 6:30am which was convenient as we had an early flight out. the hotel is well-located in tenjin and about 3 minutes' walk from tenjin-minami subway station.

We had a memorable stay in Fukuoka and the hotel experience plays a large part in it. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. Convenient location and at the same time quiet neighbourhood. There is a coffee shop beside the hotel. Our rooms come with a lounge access, which is a great way to regroup and unwind at the end of the day.

The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available.
