Exceptional service and amazing room

Sejong Hotel has lots to improve. 1) We stayed at a bigger twin room facing Namsan Tower. But what we didn't know is that it's also facing the road hence the traffic can be very noisy. Not for light sleepers. 2) There are daily worker strikes at the lobby and the entrance of hotel. The workers feel their dismissal during Covid was unfair hence they have been on strike to have their jobs back since then. I have to salute on their perseverance but aesthetically, not something you'd like to be welcomed every day. They start their campaign early morning and again, not for the light sleepers. 3) The hotel is located near the airport limo but as we had many times stayed in hotel located within Myeongdong shopping, we find the location a bit of a walk, especially after a day of sightseeing and shopping so choose what's important to you. 4) Room is big and dated. Expect some mold in bathroom. Bed and pillow too soft for comfort and gave us neck and back ache. You can open the window for ventilation but we called for help to do that as we're afraid the window might drop 11 storeys down. Housekeeping not entirely clean. Overall, Sejong Hotel is more like a big overpriced guesthouse. They might do better if they had employed more people.

Location, room, breakfast and staff all are very nice.

What an excellent hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. Firstly, location is excellent – right next to City Hall Metro stop and a couple of minutes from the limo bus stop to the airport. Lots of convenience stores and eateries close by. Walkable to so many places. Secondly, the room – clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The only thing I would change would be a walk-in shower, however, some people may prefer a tub. Additionally, there was a small refrigerator with a kettle and tea/coffee (no milk though). Thirdly, fantastic staff from reception to breakfast staff. Finally, breakfast - made to order. I tried the different cooked eggs - excellent especially sunny-side up. Looking forward to visiting the wonderful Seoul again.

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable.

Overall our stay was okay. However, I noticed that there were so many things scattered around especially the hallways that I find unsafe in an event of an emergency.

It was tiny, but clean and close to food and transportation. Breakfast was mainly cold cereal. There were many fights of stairs without an elevator.
