It requires good physical strength to climb up, especially if you're carrying luggage. The bed sheets in the room often have stains or holes, and slippers are not provided daily. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, so it's not particularly convenient.

I had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel Seoul. This is the first time I visit Seoul with my mom, and we both enjoyed the trip a lot especially the hotel staffs they are extremely helpful and so respectful to us in all aspect. Definitely recommended and no doubt will stay here again for my next visit.
