Mexico and Central America Luxury Vacations

This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

Room was clean, staff very friendly, Itialian restaurant was excellent. Be aware it gets very quiet at 10ish pm….. but the town is only 20 mins away and very lively.

Beautiful room, grounds and restaurants. Staff were top notch as was all the food.

I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid. Yes, there is a pond with crocodiles on the property, but during our 10-day stay we saw a crocodile only once. Rather than being a downside, it adds a sense of exotic adventure and variety to the experience. As for the downsides: if you have mobility issues, a disability, or are traveling with elderly people, you should carefully consider whether this hotel is suitable for you. The hotel is not equipped with ramps. To access one of the restaurants for dinner, you must climb three flights of stairs — there is no elevator or alternative access. The restaurant is located on the second floor. The same applies to access to the beach and the swimming pool, both of which require using stairs. This was quite challenging for my husband (who uses a walker) and for my elderly parents. That said, the staff are very kind and helpful and will assist whenever possible. I would also like to mention some inconveniences for guests traveling with pets. We stayed with our small 4 kg poodle. Although th

We really loved the property and had a lot of fun. The restaurants had delicious food and the breakfast buffet was delightful. We did not enjoy the dinner buffet. The pool was clean and spacious, but we wish there was more lively entertainment at the pool, or atleast music playing.

Room was spotless everyday! Wait staff was extremely fast every single day! Great place to stay!!

The room was cleaned twice daily, ensuring a consistently tidy environment. The food was excellent, providing a satisfying dining experience. The pools, beach, and various amenities offered a wide range of activities. It was wonderful to escape the ice storm and enjoy the beautiful weather. The view from the room was truly fantastic, offering a clear sight of both the ocean and the inlet.
