The room was dated, but very clean and spacious. The welcome lobby was nice and efficient. Staff was friendly all the time. The grounds are impeccably kept. The food is average - on par with other all-inclusive resorts. The temperature in the restaurants really need to better controlled. The pools were great, but the beach was overrun by the seaweed. We also got tricked into attending a vacation club presentation under the guise of a 'facility tour for new customers'. The drinks at the bars were great, but if you want a quality wine you'll need to pay extra for it. The gym was good for a resort, but got a little crowded at peak times.

Everything was perfect actually, just the menu, my wife and i would love authentic Dominican food i’d be great if you can possibly add that to the indigo cafe. Besides that whats not to love? Peace and serenity. Right next to the beach .. we’ll be back for sure. Amaya was our fav resturant to eat from! Ps. your wonderful and well mannered staff made us feel welcomed and right at home juan-carlo our baggage handler down to Luis who took us to our rooms and our concierge Elhamzer and Wandy who went above and beyond by loaning me a phone changer, keep up the great work.

I have spent two weeks at the resort, and my experience has been mixed some days were great, while others were not as good. Most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Since this is a large resort, I understand that it is difficult to expect perfection from everyone. However, I would like to give special recognition to Eriol. I truly wish all the staff could be like him. He is extremely professional, responds immediately to any request, is generous, caring, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. He definitely made our stay much better. I would also recommend paying more attention to the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, the service was often very slow, and the cleaning was not always done properly. For example, I requested toilet paper, and it took almost two hours to receive it. I also tried calling housekeeping several times, but they hung up the phone a couple of times because they did not understand English. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I appreciate the staff members who worked hard to make our experience enjoyable. With some improvement in housekeeping and communication, the resort could provide an even better experience for guests.
