Our stay at the Urayasu Brighton was superb! We booked it for a Tokyo Disney trip and were attracted by it's location close to the train station and the free park shuttle. From the moment you arrive, you know this property is well maintained with pride. The staff looked and performed very professionally. We arrived before check-in time and left our luggage with the bell desk and were given a note card to show when we returned later at check-in time to get room keys. The hotel had already moved our bags into the room! The process was so simple and what a relief! Our room was comfortable and the bathroom generous with integrated shower and tub which we immediately took advantage of. The hotel provided bath soaking salts and we also got a bath bomb from the nearest drugstore. Breakfast was superb and perfect way to start the day! The variety of dishes and quality was excellent! On this trip, we had to add an additional day to our stay which meant we had to move rooms, and the staff was already aware when we did the initial check-in and made that transition as easy as possible as well. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that part of Tokyo!

Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

One of the best place you can stay in Tokyo during cherry blossom season. Staffs are would class too-notched helpful, passionate, and friendly. I am impressed by their omotenashi evolved to a new level that it’s not clinical but genuinely interested in you.

Great hotel. Near the subway and taxi’s always available. It has a gym and bowling alley inside. Very nice. We walked to several local places.

For what I paid very disappointing, although I imagine that its nicer when its not under renovation. I overall do regret staying during my short stay in Tokyo. I had a suite on the 15th floor, and I'll say the spaces looked much bigger in pictures. However the view was excellent and the outdoor tub was also awesome. Great views at night. My room wasn't available for check-in till 3, when it was clear no one had stayed in it for a while. It was nice-ish but had quite a few stains and things like that. Upon initial arrival about 2 hours before checkin, I tried to drop off my bags and was slightly rudely turned away by a front desk associate, who made very clear check in was 3pm and after some back and forth, she luckily took my bags. Not the hotel's fault, but I'd figured I would note that Odaiba is a neat area but it is VERY inconvenient to get anywhere in Tokyo fast from here. If you plan to use trains, expect quite a few extra transfers than regular. Also, the hotel was under renovation as of writing this and the noise was very apparent and quite annoying/obstructive when you were in the lobby or anytime you were navigating the building. Temporary walls have been put up and the place has turned into a maze. The staff were normally kind enough to help out. But its very hard to find your way around and construction is obviously not something you want to be hassled by or thinking about when you're paying several hundred dollars for a room.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Located in a safe area about 8 minutes in taxi from Tokyo station. There is a train station right across the property which is very convenient if you don’t want to be taking a taxi everywhere. The hotel staff and concierge are one of the best I have ever seen; they made our stay extremely comfortable and treated us like royalty. We will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.
