The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

Lovely hotel. Didn’t stay long enough. Toilets were always clean. Wonderful staff.

The lounge amenities were excellent. The food and beverage offerings were abundant and of high quality. We were underwhelmed by our accommodations. We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing. The second thing we disliked was the misleading so called free drink coupons they provided for their Sky Lounge. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen per person charge to sit up there. We felt duped.

Breakfast was awesome! Better than any buffet breakfasts i’ve had in other countries! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean Edo style rooms are absolutely sooo awesome!

I hope this hotel can have a floor or area provide free flow coffee and ice cubes. This hotel seem a bit old but the room is huge and can place 2 large luggage’s on the floor. The best part is the 7-11 at basement is having most of the popular foods to try.

Staff were extremely friendly, breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious! Was close to many parts of Shinjuku and about 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Station
