We had a large room with nothing to complain about. It is a bit outdated.

From the moment we arrived, the staff consistently delivered exceptional hospitality. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and attentive to even the smallest details. Their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made our stay feel effortless and truly enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and the experience was beautiful. The refreshed design feels modern, elegant, and thoughtfully considered, with a wonderful ambience that makes the space feel both sophisticated and comfortable. It was especially exciting to experience the newest renovation firsthand, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We did miss our regular breakfast area, which has always been one of the highlights of our stays, but we completely understand that it is currently under construction as part of the ongoing improvements. We look forward to seeing the finished result on our next visit. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. Overall, the combination of the beautiful new renovation, consistently attentive service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff made this another memorable stay. A special thank you to Tanya, Daniel (Butler), and Sandy (Breeze cafe and brunch area) for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. LEBUA is in a prime location and from the time you arrive, the staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Love their breakfast and daily chocolates staffs deliver in the rooms personally, for me that speaks volume. The staffs are also very professional and cater to your needs. One particular personnel who made an impression was Abby, from the Philippines. She made my checked in a very at ease way due to the fact that I was exhausted from travelling. The staffs made my stay well worth my time in Bangkok, Thailand and of course all the amenities LEBUA @ State Tower I've had the liberty to enjoy. A definite must stay and a recommendation when in Bangkok Thailand.
