The room is big enough and comfortable.
The location is good as there is a sky bridge connecting it. It is convenient especially when it is raining.
The staff is helpful.
But one point i think need to have further improvement is the check in time must be on time. I have waited for half hr more than the original check in time.

A convenience and friend hotel.
The staff are very friendly and willing to assist you for any issue. My room was at 14th floor, there is a counter at the floor, you can just check out at there instead of doing that at ground floor. Very near from the airport T1, so I can catch my early morning flight!
