Great location: short 1-min walk to the JR station and bus to FUK International Terminal; great service by staff: had my luggage delivered to my room directly; great amenities: provided abundant towels

An excellent hotel to stay and good location.

The room was clean and great size. One of the complaints is the laundry machine couldn’t dry my load, which took almost 3 hours and still not dried. It’s not very convenient if some one do laundry at night that they have to stay so late. And if someone did laundry in the morning like me, I almost missed my train. They should invest to get a more powerful and efficient machine.

Great value for the money. Spacious room by Japanese standards, comfortable for Western tourists. Washer/dryer in the room is a plus.

Great location with connection to canal city and many dinning options. While the property and room is a little dated, the bathroom is large.

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Modern, clean, and larger than typical Japanese hotel. Staff was excellent and location right near train station was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is unattended, anyhow the hotel manager is always available for any help using the Check-in/out terminal at the entrance. The room was great, comfortable, the facilities, especially those in the kitchen, are excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. I strongly suggest this hotel for a good stay.
