第一次入住，酒店易搵人民廣場站19號出口，一出就見到新世界商場直行6分鐘就到，就邊好多食肆及好近南京步行街，房間清潔乾淨，房間窗外是馬路比較嘈，整體唔錯😊

早上車聲好吵, 電視有雪花, 不是高清, 枕頭很平。但大堂客服, 房間清潔一流👌

The hotel is close to two subway lines 5 and 8. Both are just one stop to line 1 and can connect AirPort Express line. Commute via subway is very convenient from or to this hotel. All lines 1, 5, and 8 can reach most popular tourist spots.

Perfect location! You can access multiple shopping malls through the hotel's basement, and there’s endless food nearby, whether you want fine dining or casual eats. Huge shout-out to the staff—they were so responsive when I needed a room change and a laundry fix. The breakfast has tons of healthy picks, and despite the hotel's size, it never feels packed or busy. Awesome value for money.

店员大致上有礼貌，房间整洁，这个有些遗憾。客房服务员做事也快，设计上如果洗手间浴缸多番一道门而不是共用一道门会更好。住宿第三天的晚上，浴室去水位置淤塞，水流至客厅地扳，要请酒店职员清理渗出客厅的水，这个有些遗憾。楼下嘉禾餐厅出品不错。

客房很乾淨, 設備也好好, 地點優越, 近人民廣場站及南京步行街, 員工十分有禮貌, 自助早餐十分豐富, 選擇多味道好, 要讚揚一位服務員姨姨, 懂廣東話十分親切, 協助座位安排, 太陽灑關窗簾, 十分細心。 服務員Levi, 在我們離酒店去機場, 在大堂細心留意, 當我們車來時, 主動協助我們拿行李及協助搬行李上網約車, 酒店細心服務及員工態度是值得讚賞。
