Staff is helpful. Breakfast is great. The pool is well-maintained and with great view.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I have used this hotel twice this year. It is very conveniently located. Easy walking distance to the harbour, MTR stations, bars, shopping etc. You can get to the airport in about 30 minutes by cab and the staff are very helpful in arranging this. I was able to leave all my baggage with them after checking out on my last day. After being out as a tourist all day in the August heat, I needed to get changed before my flight. The staff allowed me to use the gym changing room where I was able to shower and change completely. This was much appreciated and made my journey home much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again.

From start to finish this is an exceptional hotel and one I will always use when staying in Hong Kong. Convenient, friendly and superb facilities it is truly an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend and 5 stars!!!!

Been staying at the Mira for 16 years. We loved the location and the indoor pool of the hotel. However, it’s really dating, even with the ongoing renovation, it’s still feels lacking.

Great hotel, great staff in a great location. Close to the nightlife with all the bars and restaurants just outside the door. I fully recommend this hotel to those that want to be where the nightlife is. The rooms are quiet so there is no problems with sleeping after a night out. Well done.
