Excellent location, locating in inside of subway station and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Shopping is convenient , Don Quiote and Bic camera. Love the balcony where you can sit outside for drinks . Very enjoyable , will definitely stay there next time I visit Fukuoka .

The room wasn't as clean as should be and the space for luggage was extremely limited. The area was great with delicious restaurants very close and good shopping within walking distance. The AC worked well to cool the room.

Breakfast has lot of choices, delicious & healthy option's. Clean room, comfy bed, spacious & close to train station & dining options.

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good. There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range. I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself. Great location. Easy to get around.

The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station.

It was a contactless check-in. It’s kinda nice, but I think I would prefer to have a physical person there for any questions and recommendations. The room was more spacious than we expected, which was nice.
