Staffs at the check in/out are not friendly. They don't have energy to smile/greet customers. They don't care to explain when I have a question about the fees. They look serious/unhappy similar to the TSA people at the airports.
The room is clean. No coffee machine and the cost of the water bottles both at the MGM stores is extremely expensive! $7 for a 500ml water bottle. If we purchase the water in the room, it cost almost double!

Clean rooms. Quiet compared to the strip. Bought a monorail ticket for the time we were there and it was super easy to get to the middle or other end of the strip with in 15 mins. Definitely recommend if love vegas but wants to be able to go somewhere a bit calmer at times.
