The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. "The hotel has great kids entertainment with lots of options in the pools with slides and a lazy river. There’s a quieter pool close to the beach with a bar and restaurant if you want to escape the noise of the children’s pool. The service around the pool was generally terrible.
