The overall experience was good with friendly staff in the front desk & concierge. The room was spacious & the building is definitely required upgrade. The shower was not working & left a broken front & back iron & was not working neither.

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.
