"Great little motel! My room had been renovated recently and it was very nice. The property was well maintained and quiet. Nice continental breakfast with a variety of options. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Short walk to downtown Orleans and a variety of shops and restaurants."
"The location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, both pools were quite disappointing and not very inviting. The breakfast was also very poor; I wouldn't recommend paying for it. Overall, the location was the hotel's biggest advantage."
"Ocean Breeze is a little gem just minutes from the beach. The owners are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool is lovely & clean. No need to find a breakfast spot as they provide coffee, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and fruit in the morning. My only suggestion would be to get mattresses that are a little more supportive. We have stayed here before and will stay here again."
"Good bargain for the price. We had an issue with a broken toilet but it was fixed promptly. Pool was clean and well maintained, as was our room.
This is not a new facility and shows some age and wear but nothing that would pose a hazard in any way."
