Good space for family of five. Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 7/11 right on next corner (< 2 min walk) for snacks and drinks. Would recommend.

Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property, sfaff and views were the best in all of the Japan properties we stayed. Highest value and best experience as well. Exceptional front desk staff concierge and bell staff. The rooms are very spacious and the river front view was the highlight after 2 weeks in Japan. So many small details with the room amenities were also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the Imperial Hotel in Osaka.

The room was clean but the bathroom need to be updated for a 5 stars hotel.

I did not go to the pool. The breakfast has only limited options.

This is my second time stay in this hotel. Room is clean , bed is comfy. Staff’s service is excellent

Having the ability to do laundry for a reasonable charge was fantastic! And this is the only hotel we have ever been to in our life (and we have been to hundreds) that allow you a late checkout for up to 5-6 hours for a reasonable fee. Our flight leaves at 9 PM, and we shudder at the idea of sitting in the airport for hours and hours and hours!
