Desk staff was friendly and professional, though the house keeping help was on their phone at times, standing in the hallway. House keeping did not consistently give the Japanese style greeting to guests. No gym, no self serve laundry.

Rooms had plenty of space and were clean. Also the added benefit of being able to use facilities such as the gym at their other Kabin Taka location was a great addition. Definitely recommend

Loved this hotel and the staff was wonderful

It is right above a metro/subway and big grocery stores. 15 minutes walk from Osaka train station. 30 minutes walk to Dotonbori. 45 minutes to Osaka castle. Friendly and helpful staff. Room size is big with high end bathroom products. Will stay here again.

The hotel and room were wonderful and the staff was excellent and very helpful.

Centara is a budget friendly stay if you are wanting something convenient and close to Namba station. It has very central transportation. Staff were lovely and check in was easy. Rooms were clean, but the room was a little dated with technology and charging ports. Bathroom was very basic. Room size was small for a twin and tea and coffee making facilities limited.

Clean, friendly staff.

We had a great stay here. It was a self service type experience but it all was simple and worked great for us. The bed was comfortable. It was very close to the main shopping areas in Kyoto with just a short walk and there were many great shops and restaurants down the side streets in the neighborhood as well. There was a great local grocery store just across the street too. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
