clean room. Good staff. Good share bath. The shuttle bus can be more frequent.

No place to eat It’s out in remote location and cost a lot in taxi fare to get there The area is going some renovation and may get better in a few years

Room was very clean and had everything you need. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast could have been better by changing the menu evry other day at least (stayed 6 nights and menu was the same everyday) don’t get me wrong, the food was excellent! Will robably stay here again.

Love the location, amenities, and service! It’s located at a very convenient section with a subway station 3 mins away, and a walkable distance to Tenjin business circle. The subway nearby also takes you right to the Fukuoka Airport with no need to transfer. The hotel itself is relatively new, the room was spaceful enough to organize the luggages. Water condition was good, and cleaning service is require with stays of 4 nights and more. You always get new towels and water bottles everyday. Staff at the main counter, on the floor and in the restaurant were all friendly and professional. Will definitely book Resol Trinity again if coming to Fukuoka!

Room was house kept very well. Staff service was good, helped to send luggage to the room. Location is right next to shopping belt with access to underground shopping, supermarkets, walking distance to train, subway and bus terminal. Good if the microwave can be placed at a common area instead of behind the reception.
