OCT East Water Park Beach Vacations

This is an amazing hotel in an absolutely amazing location. We stayed here for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Vicky, the Director of Sales, was very helpful throughout our stay. She was great! We will definitely stay here again next visit to Shenzen.

Very modern , clean , different restaurants and warm atmosphere

Upon arrival, we were disappointed that none of the hotel staff at the reception desk spoke Cantonese nor English. We resorted to voice translation on the phone, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation clearly indicated 3 adults, and housekeeping arrived with a rollaway cot bed; however, the cot was hard and squeaky. The reservation also indicated special refreshments for this room rate and nothing was provided except for a few cans of soda in the fridge. We were disappointed based on their advertisement and what was actually provided.

The room was clean and the property well maintained and staffed.

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

Great Location. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Walkable to MixC mall nearby which offers many food options. Steps away from Ludancun Metro Exit. Suggest increasing the number of machines (especially dryer) in the Laundry Room as there was a long queue.
