Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all.

"Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired.
