Kamikochi All inclusive Vacations

I stayed there for a week, and going back again soon. Great value for the price. And great design (the dry bonsai are a nice touch). Love the mini zen garden in particular. And the restaurant is also quite good. In short, a lot to like.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

This hotel was perfect for us, In good neighborhood with local restaurants, family mart right across the street. The staff at front desk were great. They were very helpful and polite. Property was very clean, efficient. With teenagers the Akhiabara is just one stop in train. They could go hangout themselves and enjoy arcade games. They helped us luggage storage service, they couldn’t hold all our luggage as they don’t have enough space for all. But they did hold 2 suitcases for us and had to pay for the rest while we explored Kyoto. We did booked rooms with them to come back to the same hotel. Kitchen was great use for us make tea in the mornings and quick rice and noodles cooking. Overall we are very happy with the hotel. 10/10.

So we originally booked a much cheaper but smaller hotel, but decided space was extremely necessary in order to enjoy downtime and have enough space to organize 2 larger suitcases after all the shopping. The room is huge compared to most Tokyo hotels, with all the key amenities such has dryer washer, blow dryer, slippers and robes, dining table with 4 chairs, fridge safe vacuum iron hangers microwave, oven stove top and sink plus utensils and more. The location is nice, close to okachimachi station and not a far walk to Ueno. I 100% recommend. 1 note, there is no designated smoking area in or around the hotel

Really enjoyed the location that was less than 2 miles from the most popular areas of Tokyo without the large crowds. Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Beautiful facility with close access to all airport amenities.

The hotel it’s is very nice and well bought out. The location was a bit farther from our interest points, but it was comfortable enough.

A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location, offering great value for money. The room was small but comfortable, and the bed provided a very good night’s sleep. The shower also had a wonderful waterfall feature. The only downsides were the small gym, which felt somewhat limited, and the breakfast, which was disappointing for the price. While the quality was acceptable, the selection of main dishes lacked variety and did not justify the additional cost. Despite these minor issues, I would stay again.
