I honestly wish I could have stayed at this property longer. The staff, room and amenities were great. I would love to stay there again.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

Very clean and stylish hotel. Accommodations like complimentary umbrellas, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, and bottled waters helped our stay in a foreign country. The staff were very professional and kind. Taking care of our luggage on checkout day also helped us enjoy one more day of travel.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Everything was clean and washer/dryer combo was great since we packed light. Location was also great and close to train station. They also provided amenities such as toothbrush, laundry detergent, and there was also housekeeping once during g our stay.

We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

Staff members were very respectful, breakfast was great, room has been cleaned every day. Check out time is 12 pm but they allowed me to checkout one hour later per my request. I appreciate so much for hospitality. Sincerely, Roza
