he hotel has a superior location, with complete surrounding supporting facilities, making it very convenient for both travel and daily shopping. The check-in speed is very fast, the staff are skilled in operation, and the whole process is smooth. The room is clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were kind and approachable; they answered every question I had patiently, even about local tourist spots. The room was impeccably clean—crisp bed sheets, a spotless shower area, and a clean window with a clear view. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the city!

由於酒店進行裝修，端早上裝修嘈音已經勁嘈，嘈到電視聲都聽不到，嘈到與家人也傾不到計，曾致電酒店經理，但仍不能解決，在房間裡嘈到頭痛，超級滋擾，更不明白連端午節假期一定多人入住也這樣裝修，今次入住實在不愉快

原訂城景房前台給我們升級至豪華江景房，房間大又乾淨、景色優美，職員友善，整體滿意。

The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great area—close enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. Staff were polite and never intrusive, which I loved as a solo traveler. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Overall, a great value and a perfect base for exploring!

La limpieza de la habitación superó las expectativas. Los muebles y las instalaciones del baño están todos muy limpios, sin puntos ciegos de higiene. La actitud de servicio del hotel también es muy buena, y el personal es amable y puede ofrecer ayuda de forma proactiva.
