Excellent stay at this Sanyuanli hotel! Check-in was incredibly fast and efficient. The front desk team provided warm, professional service throughout. During the Canton Fair, they even arranged airport transport—such a helpful touch. The location is perfect for business—surrounded by international traders, making networking and deals incredibly convenient. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at this 4-star hotel! Perfect downtown location near the metro—so convenient. The front desk was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. My room was spotless, and the bar was great for evening drinks. Everything I needed for a business trip. Highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Convenient, and Great Service The room was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel also offers a free airport transfer, which was very convenient and made my trip much easier. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Guangzhou next time.

The hotel itself was generally as expected. Our room did not have a rainforest shower that appears to be missing as there was a toggle to switch between the regular shower head and rainforest shower. The clean up each day varied in effort which wasn’t great. Got extra pillows when asked for it so that’s good. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to stuff like the palace museum and Tiananmen Square. Also close to Wangfujing st.

The staff was so accommodating and arranged our transfers to and from the Airport as well. We stayed in the club room which was very spacious really clean and fantastic value for Money. We certainly stay here again if we’re coming back to Beijing.

Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap. But no any notice to let us know while we booked the room regarding swimming cap. It was unreasonable request to the guest. We already spent decent money for staying this hotel, their services value must match their fees. Plus, the swimming pool is a third party operating not belongs pan pacific hotel Beijing. If we know this before, we would not book this kind of hotel. Should be clearly to the agreement otherwise will be deem breach agreement.Overall, the stay for this time was ok only. I hope that they can apologize for this unexpected experience. Thank you!

The Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel is one of the best properties I have stayed in Shanghai in the last twenty years. On the latest trip to China, I stayed there on 3 separate bookings, two with Expedia, and one direct. All 3 rooms surpassed my expectations, with one minor issue with the light in one of the waterclosets. The hardware worked great, the bedding comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was great. The staff go beyond their duties to accommodate your needs. Take out food is delivered to your room by a robot with a sweet little voice. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, with a full complement of western buffet, fruits, and hot Chinese steamer items, such as dumplings, corn and potatoes, etc. A noodle stand cooks your order while you wait, a stand with 4 different congies and condiments puts a delightful touch to the breakfast spread. No whole grain bread though, only white bread, pastires and cakes, etc. The only weak spots was the coffee, you get the Italian, which is like Espresso, and the American, which is simple the Italian with hot water. The Heyitang is located on a quite one-way street near the #2 Line subway station. A taxi ride to the Hongqiao Highspeed Train Station costs about 40 rmb. The Front Desk staff calls the taxi for you. Hailing in the street is difficult. Clientele: young professionals & eastern Europeans, with the occasional family with young kids. Will stay there again.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

Overall environment and cleanness of the hotel is great. However, service of staff at restaurants have to be improved

Absolutely perfect 5-star stay at Encore Guangzhou Jiangnan West! As a businessman traveling with family, the airport pickup, central location, and nearby amenities were ideal. Front desk was friendly and efficient; rooms were spotless and service was thoughtful. We loved everything and will definitely return—highly recommend!
