Riviera Maya All inclusive Vacations

Amazing oceanfrontview , victoria and sophia at the front desk were so helpful they got me gluten free food and replaced our TV to a smart TV on request. Amazing experience , cant wait to go bk!

Upon arrival, we had two people walk into our room without knocking. We did check in just a little bit early, but we figured it would be communicated. A few days later, they came to drop towels off and we didn’t hear the door knocking and they proceeded to also walk in. Other than those experiences, the room was great. It was very modern and spacious. The bathroom door doesn’t finish all the way to the ceiling and close all the way. It did not feel private at all. The pool areas also don’t have a Jacuzzi, which was a negative since the days weren’t too hot and the pool water was very cold. The entertainment of the evening was great every night. The food at the restaurants was just OK. We preferred the buffet since there was more option. The other thing we don’t like is the pressure of trying to buy whatever program they’re trying to sell. The other thing to note would be that our original reservation was at the other hotel which would’ve had our room facing south and would’ve made our pool area maybe a little bit warmer.

Room was wonderful. Staff friendly. Wonderful “Kellerman’s type resort from Dirty Dancing. Lots of adult and kids activities daily which are really a lot of fun. Archery, trivia, water polo, dancing, arts and crafts!

We enjoyed our stay despite the sun hiding behind the clouds a lot during the week we booked! Our room was always made up nicely by the staff and mini bar stocked. We really enjoyed all the selection of food at the Casa del Mar buffet and chose to eat the majority of our meals there. Mike’s coffee shop was a real treat and staff were pleasant. We loved having cookies in addition to other pastries ! The property was clean and we could see staff tending to the maintenance of the resort. We loved seeing the crocodiles behind the fenced in swamp area too ! Ocean front was quite littered which was disappointing to see and we heard from people swimming that there were sharp rocks and one swimmer brought in a broken bottle to shore. We did not swim in ocean due to these conditions. We missed having an infinity pool with a nice view as there have been at other resorts on the strip. The biggest let down was the fact that guests are placing towels on lounger chairs earlier than when towel service is even open and not occupying their chairs for hours afterwards, but holding them so others who wish to enjoy a lounger cannot if you did not awake prior to 7 am to hold a chair! Could there be a system devised to try to improve this ? A minor complaint I had with the online booking was that I had written a special instruction to NOT have a main floor room , and we were given a main floor room. Overall , we had a nice stay.
