Need some cosmetic changes

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Room was very small and very out dated I ordered a room with a king size bed it was a king but it was two single mattresses put together its in a very happening part of the city

This place was so wonderful, that we cancelled our other stay and came back for the night. The staff are all super helpful and the hotel is very clean. We will be back the next time we are in hanoi

Room was spotless, I’m a Head Chef in Australia and I found the food excellent. Staff were so friendly and professional .

Nice quiet location and excellent staff. Jasmine at the front desk was great in recommending places to see for my short stay. The breakfast buffet and coffee were delicious! If you’re looking for quiet nice place to stay in Hanoi with friendly staff don’t pass on this boutique hotel!
