The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday.

This was such a fun hotel! You could fish right on site and eat what you caught for dinner. The kaiseki was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
