「The room is very crowded , and noise isolation is poor, can’t even sleep due to the noise from other room and road. Impractical room design, no tv. Since it was rainy day, the balcony is wet, we have to dine inside the room, not worth for this price. 」

「Very convenient to Nijigen no Mori, the staffs made us felt so welcomed, and the property is very well maintained. We only stayed one night but I have already decided to book again in my next Awajishima visit, hopefully more people can support them and Nijigen no Mori.」

「Breakfast buffet so crowd - thinking to split the client for different timeslots for breakfast buffet will be better」

「Convenient location, nice view next to beach, near station and supermarket. Spacious room.」

「The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.」

「Here’s a rewritten version of your review: --- 房間非常整潔，讓人感到舒適。

「It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening. It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password. We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. However, the...
