I found the property to be outdated. Hotel had a odd smell.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you

This is the only hotel I would ever use in Tokyo. Everything was above and beyond. Outstanding service. Breakfast in the club lounge - exceptional! Great rooms. Nice pool and spa. Outstanding location.

I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. Felt like solving a maze. I love the two bar floors. Just like what I remembered from the film “List in Translation.”
