Good location, approx 10 mins from Osaka station. Rooms small, but that's to be expected with most city stays in Japan - Free WiFi, and luggage forwarding services available. No issues and was ideal for a 2 night stay!

Staff was kinds and hotel was clean.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very centrally located and we were able to easily walk from Umeda station. Lots of small authentic eateries in the area, a Lawsons right next door and a lovely bakery a few doors down. Access to the metro is also right outside. Our room was very comfortable , not huge, but all we needed. Staff also very friendly, was able to borrow an iron and board from the front desk. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Close to Osaka station and very friendly staff! We chose the Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed (Miyabi Club Floor) and loved it! Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast and cocktail hour had great food and drinks!

I stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Osaka-jō Hall, and the hotel location was literally next to the venue. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, the buffet breakfast had Japanese and western styles. I particularly appreciated that they offered both Yamato and the cheaper Sagawa luggage delivery service.

Wonderful bakery/coffee shop as u enter. Room was nice, love the Japanese shower/tubroom. Dining room was nice with good food options $$$. Loved the open air lounge on the roof! Enjoyed it in February with fire pits and braziers going. They also heated your blankets before placing them on your lap! Wonderful service!
