Clean room, outdated washroom, expensive and underwhelming breakfast buffet.

The room was very clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. The amenities were on point and the location of the hotel itself was very convenient as it was near to a lot of restaurants and tourist sites such as the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. We will def stay here again!!

Everything was great! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The only issue I had was the shower water temperature. I showered in cold water.

Lovely room, good amenities, close to everything I needed.

The staff is lovely, the room is clean and fresh, the gym is great. My only gripe, if I had to find one, would be the location. There’s quite a few unhoused folks around so walking can be a little intimidating but I walked to the tower from here so it wasn’t so bad.
