Staff was understandably good as had a slight problem with the booking on arrival, which was dealt with in favour. This has been my go to hotel for years. I love staying there. But this time housekeeping went through my stuff. They went through my drawers in my room. I met with security and they knew about it. The front desk gave me the run around for 2 days
