"Room as awful.. smelled of mildew/mold, mini fridge was warm, air conditioner didn't work properly and shower didn't drain and overflowed into the room.. we asked for another room and they gave us some really cheaper than the one that we paid for that still had a shower issue. "The Hyatt Vivid was fabulous!!! This was our first time there… we have visited other resorts in the past 15 yrs, we’ve been to the El Dor…, The Valen….. Imp…, The Ri.
