Hot water was iffy at best. Room was pretty dirty with dust and dirt all over the room, they required a 100$ cash deposit upfront which is pretty inconvenient if you don't have 100$ cash on you. Overall you get what you pay for, but next time I'd spend the extra 100$ for a somewhat acceptable level ...
